If your IP address has been blocked to access our customers' sites, this is because someone, using your IP address has tried to enter one of our protected websites, or has tried bad requests, so, our politic is to ban this address from accessing any of our customers' sites.

Of course, we have a record of these tries, and we could check the reason of banning any IP address.

So, we suggest that you first check who is using your computer, and if someone did something bad. You should also check if there is any spyware on your computer that could permits a hacker to take control of your computer to do bad use of your connexion.

Then, you could send us a request to unblock filling the form, giving all details to identify yourself, so you could access the Certified Surfer grade, and allow you to surf again free.
